Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Developer with a strong background in machine learning and generative models. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), robust Python programming skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities and outstanding communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and solutions.
• Utilize LLMs to create and enhance generative AI applications.
• Develop robust machine learning algorithms and workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions into cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS).
• Maintain code quality through code reviews and best practices.
• Analyze and process large datasets for training and fine-tuning models.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• Programming : Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Machine Learning and Statistics : Solid understanding of ML algorithms and statistical concepts.
• Generative AI : Basic understanding of generative AI and LLMs is required, with advanced knowledge considered an advantage.
• Database Management : Medium proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of transformers and LLM architectures.
• Experience with deploying machine learning models to production.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in using cloud-native tools for machine learning workflows.
• Exposure to MLOps for operationalizing machine learning.
